Full Wedding/Event Planning
We will be right there with you every step of the way; from the time you select a date until the last guest leaves. Designed for local and destination wedding couples and celebrants who simply do not have the time to plan a wedding or event from beginning to end and those who rather entrust their special celebration in the hands of a professional Wedding/Event Planner. We work with the best vendors in the industry to ensure we bring your vision to life in a seamless manner. We take care of all the details so that you can focus on enjoying your special celebration with your family and friends. Events include special celebrations such as birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers and vow renewals.

Dreaming of a destination wedding in paradise? We can help you tell your love story and turn your dreams into reality. We believe that "every love story is different and that's what makes each wedding unique". Planning a destination wedding from thousands of miles away can be very overwhelming, especially if you have never been to the island and are unfamiliar with venues and vendors. It is so important to have a Wedding Planner on island to connect you with the right vendors, provide expert advice, help you stay on track, liaise with vendors and keep you updated. We are committed to offering couples more than just a wedding day. It is our aim to create a “unique experience” by not only planning your dream wedding but also pre and post wedding events so that you and your guests can get a taste of paradise and some what our beautiful island of Antigua and Barbuda has to offer.

​The following list outlines the tasks we will complete for you as part of this service:

-​Preparing and updating the wedding/event planning timeline
- Budget allocation & management
-Venue scouting/site visits
-Vendor recommendation and sourcing
-Development of your wedding/event theme and concepts
-Planning and coordinating with all vendors: venue, caterer, bartending service provider, photographers/videographers, DJ/entertainment, florist, cake designer, transportation, hair and makeup artist, etc.
-Consultation on wedding/event design, decor and stationery
-Advice and guidance on all wedding/event related matters
-Attending all wedding/event related meetings and appointments
-Frequent updates throughout the entire planning process
-Assistance with the marriage license application and booking the Wedding Officiant
-Planning the pre and post wedding/event activities, if requested. These activities include but not limited to Meet & Greet/Welcome Event, Rehearsal Brunch/Dinner, Boat Cruise
-Climate contingency planning
-Supervision of wedding rehearsal
-Preparation of wedding/event day timeline and program
-Wedding/event day management and on-site logistics

Our designs are modern, elegant, classy and sophisticated. We bring your vision to life by conceptualizing, designing and decorating the wedding/event venue with exquisite décor that matches your personality, style and budget. From ceremony arch and aisle décor to table centerpieces, photo backdrops, signs and stationery; share your vision and ideas with us and we will provide you with a quotation. This service is perfect for couples and celebrants who may not need a Wedding/Event Planner but need an Wedding/Event Designer to transform their venue and bring their vision to life.


How We Do It
Our planning and design process for weddings and events begins with a mandatory in-person consultation or phone/online consultation where we get to know you better, discuss your event in detail, better understand your vision and provide more information about our services and processes. The in-person consultation will attract a US $65.00/XCD $175.00 fee and the time allotted is one hour.
